    Software QA Engineer

    Based in Madison, Wisconsin, the Software QA Engineer is a key player on the product development team. As a Software QA Engineer, you will be the person who inspects and test software products, and has the authority to give the final go ahead of the product release. You will create new and innovative ways to ensure the product testing is streamlined and improved. This role manages communication between the hardware, software, and project management groups, ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS in software QA, computer science, software development or related field.
    • Demonstrable experience and proficiency with C#.
    • Familiar with firmware
    • Experience with Agile Methodology, ability to drive agile process as necessary.
    • 3+ years software testing experience, with proven track record of automated testing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Able to communicate effectively to developers and product managers about the current state of software and how it could be improved.
    • You are quick to recover from setbacks, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are flexible to the daily changes in a growing organization.
    • You can find creative and innovative ways to test software and related systems.
    • Self-starter and motivated to learn.
