Terso is searching for a Sr. Client Services Coordinator to join as a crucial team member to our Client Services Department. In this role you would use your business acumen and excellent client facing skills to deliver a 1st class experience to our partners and clients. This position also provides support to the entire department, ensuring that systems and processes flow well.

This is a Sr. Client Services Coordinator role, and the position would do the following:


  • Provides daily client interaction to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Provide schedules and updates to clients for device delivery, site qualifications and field service engineer visits.
  • Collaborate with technical support to ensure high-levels of service in all areas.
  • Coordinate partner requests for demonstrating devices at tradeshows.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a client facing business role.
  • Lifelong learner and professionally curious.
  • Courteous and pleasant, yet business-like, professional manner and demeanor.
  • Strong customer service skills, experience, or training. Willingness and commitment to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate in a clear and tactful manner with internal departments and our clients.

 Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in business or other related field
  • Ability to efficiently pickup business systems and technologies.
  • Effective conflict management capability.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to be a team player in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible to changing needs and schedule changes (ex. task deadlines, etc.)
